ACC today released its global chemical regional production index, showing a flat measurement over June for the second month in a row on a three-month moving average basis (3MMA)—indicating stalled growth in the second quarter, with activity slightly up from the first quarter. Production gains occurred in North America, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, ACC says.
