Sustainability :: Green Innovation of the Month Nanomaterials and Hydrogen from Landfill Gas10:08 AM MST | January 16, 2009 | Alex Scott Privately owned start up Catalyx Nanotech (Anaheim, CA), a producer of nanomaterials from renewable resources, says it plans to commercialize a technology to generate ‘green’ hydrogen and nanomaterials from landfill gas. Under the proposal, carbon dioxide offgas would be sequestered. The company says it is seeking out an undisclosed number of landfills in southern California on which to site its production facilities.
