USCAP Members to Testify on Climate Plans

Members of the U.S. Climate Action Partnership (USCAP; Washington) will testify before House Energy and Commerce Committee on Thursday to present their views about the best approach to legislation for curbing climate change. USCAP, a coalition of environmental groups and business including BP, Dow, and DuPont, advocates a mandatory cap-and-trade program for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
