House Climate Hearings to Include Testimony from Dow, DuPont

The House Energy and Commerce Committee will hold a series of hearings this week on proposed legislation to mandate a cap-and-trade program for reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The hearings will seek comment on a draft bill released earlier this month by committee chair Henry Waxman (D., CA) and Representative Edward Markey (D., MA).
