EU Proposes Innovation Partnerships for the Supply of Raw Materials, Agricultural Products

The European Commission has proposed that the region takes “decisive action” to accelerate innovation relating to key raw materials, and agricultural products, by starting-up two European Innovation Partnerships (EIPs). The two new EIPs have been created to tackle the whole research-development-innovation chain, bringing together public and private stakeholders across borders and sectors in order to accelerate the uptake of innovation, the commission says.
