Shell Drops Plans with Iogen for Biofuel Plant

Shell has dropped plans with Iogen for the construction of a commercial-scale biofuel plant at Manitoba, Canada. The scrap of the planned larger-scale cellulosic ethanol facility will mean the loss of 150 jobs and raises questions about fuel made from agricultural waste in Canada.
