Chemical makers must actively engage critical challenges related to energy and climate change, overregulation, and the need to drive global sustainability efforts, Andrew Liveris, chairman and CEO of Dow Chemical and chairman of ACC told attendees in a speech at ACC’s annual membership meeting in White Sulfur Springs, WV earlier this month (CW, June 13, p. 9).
