Evonik to start making phthalate-free plasticizer next year

Evonik Industries says it plans to expand its portfolio with the launch of a new generation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plasticizers. The company says that, apart from expanding its product lines—which will broaden its range of sustainable plasticizers—it will also develop a new brand of products.
