Blumenthal Holdings acquires majority stake in Terresolve Technologies

Blumenthal Holdings (Charlotte, NC) says it has acquired a majority stake in Terresolve Technologies (Mentor, OH), a leading manufacturer of biobased hydraulic and functional fluids and lubricants for the offshore marine, marine transport, oil and gas, and turf care industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
