Sustainability AkzoNobel to Start Building Large-scale Paints Plant in the U.K.3:28 AM MST | February 23, 2012 | Alex Scott AkzoNobel says it will break ground on a previously announced £100 million ($157 million) decorative paints manufacturing facility at Ashington, U.K. in June or July of this year after gaining planning permission for the facility this week from local officials.
