ACC: Global CPRI indicates slow growth in second quarter

ACC today released its global chemical production regional index (CPRI), measuring the production volume of the chemical industry for 33 nations, regions, and subregions—compared with the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) production indices. The global CPRI rose 0.1% on a three-month moving average (3MMA) basis in May—indicating that growth was slower in the second quarter compared with that in the first, ACC says.
