Eric has worked for SRI Consulting for more than 20 years. He is the author of a series of multi-client reports including Paints and Coatings Overview, Chlorine/Sodium Hydroxide, and Ethanol for the Chemical Economics Handbook, Thermosetting Powder Coatings and Cosmetics Chemicals for the Specialty Chemicals Update Program and Global Solvents and Eco-Efficiency Chemical Processes Reports for the Safe & Sustainable Chemicals Program. Eric has also served as Director of the Chemical Economics Handbook and the World Petrochemicals Programs. Prior to joining SRI Consulting, he held marketing positions at Diamond Shamrock and Ferro. Eric holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Field Services Director for the Industry Business Unit (IBU) Chemicals, SAP

Ray Adams joined SAP in 2005 as a Field Services Director for the Industry Business Unit (IBU) Chemicals.  Ray has over 20 years of chemical industry experience and started his career in Polymers research. His management experience spans technical services, manufacturing, operations and supply chain. He has implemented ISO-9000, MRPII Class A, S&OP and ERP systems for multiple businesses including those in the polymers, electronic chemicals and plastics additives sectors. Ray is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering (University of New Hampshire) and an MBA in Operations (Santa Clara University).

Director of Advisory Services

Glen Goldbach is Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Advisory Services for numerous clients in due diligence, merger integration, strategy development and process improvement implementation for a variety of industries in such areas as supply chain, transportation, inventory, procurement, and international distribution. Prior to starting a career in Consulting, Glen managed international distribution operations for Mobay (Bayer) Corporation, including coordination with production, transportation service providers, international forwarders/brokers, and customers.
