Michael Godshall is the Vice President of Partner Solution Management and Marketing for SmartOps. Prior to joining SmartOps Michael was the EVP, Business Development and Strategy for a mobile solutions provider. Michael has been in the SAP ecosystem for more than 15 years. He was the President and Founder of Catalyst Consulting, which was later acquired 2003. Prior to starting Catalyst, Michael was an SAP Product Specialist and Development Liaison for SAP America. Michael is a graduate of the College of Commerce and Finance at Villanova University.
Joel Hooker
Supply Chain Black Belt, Eastman Chemical
Joel Hooker joined Eastman Chemical Company in 1984. He has 25 years of experience in the Chemical Industry that includes roles in Manufacturing, Continual Improvement, Quality Assurance, and the Supply Chain. Joel is a Six Sigma Black Belt, an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Currently, Joel supports Eastman’s Supply Chain process improvement as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a project lead for the SmartOps® Multistage Inventory Planning & Optimization Software implementation and responsible for designing the business process to utilize the tool.
Ray Adams
Field Services Director/Chemicals, SAP
Ray Adams joined SAP AG in 2005 as a Field Services Director for the Industry Business Unit (IBU) Chemicals. Ray has over 20 years of chemical industry experience, where he held roles in research, technical, manufacturing, and supply chain management. He led the order-to-cash, supply/demand planning and procurement teams during the 2001 pilot implementation of SAP at Rohm and Haas, Company as the Supply Chain Manager for the Plastics Additives Business. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering (University of New Hampshire) and an MBA in Operations (Santa Clara University). Currently Ray is supporting the chemical industry and SAP on collaborative and adaptive business networks for manufacturing, supply chain and transportation initiatives.
