STB Denies UP’s Petition to Limit Certain Chlorine Shipments

Union Pacific (UP) must quote common carrier rates and provide service to US Magnesium (USM; Salt Lake City) for chlorine transport from Rowley, UT to 35 destinations, the Surface Transportation Board (STB; Washington) ruled last week.
