The coalition will be composed of individual businesses and will review government programs and regulations impacting cross-border transportation of manufactured goods, including chemicals. A chief concern in this area is the proposed “10+2” rule, which requires carriers and importers to electronically file more data than currently required to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CPB)...
