Industry Seeks an Interim Federal Standard for TIH Rail Cars

ACC, the Association of American Railroads (AAR; Washington), and other groups joined together recently to file a petition asking the Department of Transportation (DOT) to authorize federal interim standards for rail tank cars carrying toxic by inhalation (TIH) materials.
