Bill Seeks Tax Breaks for Rail Improvement Projects

Lott: Aims to boost rail infrastructure. The Association of American Railroads (AAR; Washington) says it supports a new bill that would provide a 25% tax incentive for capital expenditures by any business investing in new track, intermodal facilities, rail yards, locomotives, or other rail infrastructure expansion projects.
