BDP Establishes JV in India; Will Target Chemicals Sector

Logistics company BDP International (Philadelphia) says it has established a joint venture company in India dubbed BDP Global Logistics India (Mumbai). The new company is a jv between BDP and Unique Global Logistics (Mumbai) with BDP as the majority partner. BDP says it will target India’s expanding chemicals, life-sciences, healthcare, retail, telecom and manufacturing industries.
