ACC, PPG Seek Relief From Railroad Operators' TIH Measures

Three industry trade groups and PPG Industries have asked the U.S. Surface Transportation Board (STB; Washington) for injunctive relief from safety protocols being implemented by RailAmerica (Jacksonville, FL) and its subsidiary Alabama Gulf Coast Railway for shipments of toxic by inhalation (TIH) and poisonous by inhalation (PIH) chemicals.
