Vopak has acquired 50% of the shares in Sealink Storage Co. from Merit, a subsidiary of the industrial investment company Lanwa Group (Dongguan). Sealink owns 23.2 hectares land in Dongguan, which is located on the east bank of the Pearl River Delta, and the company also holds a concession granted by the authorities and all relevant permits for the construction and operation of a bulk liquid storage terminal on this land.
