Indian Oiltanking Forms JV with Katoen Natie

IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services (IOT; Navi Mumbai, India), a joint venture between Indian Oil Corp. (New Delhi) and Oiltanking (Hamburg), says it has formed a jv with Katoen Natie (Antwerp). The jv with Katoen Natie will be based in Mumbai, and will pursue opportunities for the storage, handling, packing and transportation of polymers and solid specialty chemicals in India’s rapidly developing chemicals and petrochemicals industries, IOT says.
