STB Seeks Public Comments on Latest Rail Report

The Surface Transportation Board (STB; Washington) is seeking comments by May 8 on the latest report on rail issues from consulting firm Christensen Associates (Madison). The report, “A Supplemental Report to the U.S. Surface Transportation Board on Capacity and Infrastructure Investment,” is available at STB’s Web site.
