DuPont and CSX Granted More Time to Resolve Rate Case Dispute

The Surface Transportation Board (STB; Washington) has granted DuPont and CSX’s request to delay until July 10 a procedural schedule concerning three DuPont rate complaints. DuPont has challenged the reasonableness of certain CSX rates for movement of certain commodities, including hazardous materials, STB says.
