U.S. Version of Reach Regulation is 'On the Agenda'

A U.S. version of the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program is now a real possibility, according to Tucker Helmes, senior director of Socma’s leadership group Socma Visions. Helmes detailed his view in a presentation on Reach at Informex, a specialty and fine chemicals expo held last month in San Francisco. “Is the U.S. next?
