Helmes detailed his view in a presentation on Reach at Informex, a specialty and fine chemicals expo held last month in San Francisco. “Is the U.S. next? Will Reach ever come to the U.S.?” Helmes asks. “There’s a lot of talk about retooling the Toxic Substances Control Act [TSCA] into Reach. Certainly...
