Senators Introduce Bills to Block EPA Climate Rules

U.S. Senators Jay Rockefeller (D-W) and John Barrasso (R-WY) have respectively introduced two separate bills aiming at blocking EPA's climate regulatory actions. Rockefeller has re-introduced a bill seeking to delay EPA's greenhouse gas (GHG) rules for two years. The bill, which was first put forth in March of last year, currently has six centrist Democratic co-sponsors.
