Reports: EU, China fail to reach agreement in solar-panel trade talks

Trade talks between China and the European Union over the price of solar panels exported from China to the European Union have reached an impasse, according to various European and Chinese media reports. A first round of negotiations aimed at agreeing on a price for solar panels exported from China to the European Union failed to deliver a positive outcome, the reports say.
