Services :: Legal Judge Rejects Dow's Motion to Disqualify R&H Attorneys11:12 AM MST | February 13, 2009 A U.S. Chancery Court judge has denied a motion by Dow Chemical that sought to disqualify attorneys representing Rohm and Haas (R&H) in the lawsuit R&H has filed seeking to force Dow to go through with proposed acquisition of R&H. Dow had argued that R&H’s firm, Watchell, Lipton, Rosen, and Katz, should not represent R&H because it had represented Dow several years ago and would have had access to Dow strategies and financials that could help R&H.
