Innospec and Ethyl Settle TEL Contract Disputes

Innospec and Ethyl say they have resolved all pending arbitration relating to alleged violations of their tetraethyl lead (TEL) sales and marketing contracts. The companies had swapped allegations in the London Court of International Arbitration last year (CW, Oct. 25, 2006, p. 8).
