Services :: Legal Industry Groups Urge Senators to Stop EPA GHG Rules2:14 PM MDT | November 1, 2010 | Vincent Valk A consortium of industry groups has sent a letter to key senators, including top Republicans and conservative Democrats, urging that they take action to halt EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) regulation. EPA rules for stationary sources, including chemical plants and manufacturing facilities, are scheduled to go into effect on January 2, 2011. ACC, NPRA, Socma and NACD were among the 21 groups who signed the letter. The letter advocated including a moratorium on EPA stationary source rules in the next continuing resolution (CR) on spending or omnibus spending bill...
