Services :: Legal EPA Proposes Changes to TSCA Reporting Requirements (Update)11:32 AM MDT | August 12, 2010 | Kara Sissell EPA has proposed changes to Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) reporting requirements that would increase the amount and frequency of data required by the TSCA Inventory Update Reporting (IUR) rule. The proposal would increase public disclosure by limiting the information that can be treated as confidential, increase the frequency and content of required data, and require manufacturers and importers to submit information electronically, EPA says.
