Kao and Kanebo to Integrate Logistics by 2010

Integration of Kao’s logistics operations with that of Kanebo Cosmetics, which Kao acquired in 2006, is well under way with integration work already completed in the Hokkaido and Kansai, Japan regions late last year, Kao says. When fully completed, the integration should yield about ¥5 billion ($48.5 million) in cost reductions by 2010, Kao says.
