LyondellBasell says the exact location of the LDPE plant is the “subject of ongoing discussions” with Borealis. Borouge, a Borealis joint venture, is planning its third petrochemical complex, dubbed Borouge 3, at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi for completion by 2014.
