BASF Plant Science Seals China Cooperation and License Agreement

Kast: ‘Contradictory political decisions.’ BASF says its BASF Plant Science unit and the National Institute of Biological Sciences (NIBS; Beijing) have entered a biotechnology cooperation and licensing agreement.
