Sibur Signs Loan Agreement for  Tobolsk Complex

Russia's state owned Bank for the Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank; Moscow), Sibur Holding and Sibur's subsidiary Tobolsk-Polymer, have signed credit agreements totalling $1.441 billion to cover the construction of a previously announced propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene (PP) production complex at Tobolsk, Russia.
