Schulman acquires colors business in US for $15 million

A. Schulman announced today that it has acquired Prime Colorants (Franklin, TN), a maker of custom colors and additives concentrates, for $15.1 million. Prime, which has been involved in the colors business for nearly four decades, produces pelletized color concentrates and dry powder colors.
