Royal Adhesives acquires packaging adhesives firm

Royal Adhesives & Sealants (South Bend, IN) has acquired Adhesives Packaging Specialties (APS; Peabody, MA), a maker of custom packaged adhesives, sealants and resins, for an undisclosed sum. APS’ products are aimed at the aerospace, automotive, electronics, and construction markets, among others.   Private equity firm Arsenal Capital (New York) acquired Royal Adhesives in 2010.
