Report: Arizona Chemical Owners Finance Dividend

American Securities (New York), the private equity owners of Arizona Chemical, have used a $610 million financing to fund a $290 million dividend, according to a report in Bloomberg. The financing consists of a $550 million term loan and a $60 million revolving credit facility, the report says.
