PolyOne Completes ColorMatrix Acquisition

PolyOne has completed its $486 million acquisition of ColorMatrix (Berea, OH), a specialty additives and liquid colorants maker. The deal, which was announced in October, will mean that over half of PolyOne’s revenues will derive from specialty chemicals, says CEO Stephen Newlin.
