Lanxess: Organized Response Crucial in Economic Crisis

An organized response to the recent economic crisis was crucial in ensuring Lanxess's successful emergence from it, Lanxess North America CFO Raymond Newhouse told attendees at CW's CFO Conference in New York on Tuesday. Though sales and margins declined, the company recorded an overall profit of 40 million euros in 2009.
