H.B. Fuller earnings rise on higher sales

H.B. Fuller today reported fiscal third-quarter net income from continuing operations of $27.2 million, or 53 cts/share, up 1.1% year-on-year (YOY), on net revenue up 2.8%, to $514.6 million. Adjusted earnings totaled 74 cts/share, up 40% YOY. Costs due to the integration of Forbo and restructuring in Europe accounted for most of the difference in reported and adjusted earnings. Fuller's fiscal third quarter ended on 31 August. Fuller has also narrowed its full-year earnings guidance, to $2.60–2.65/share from $2.55–2.65/share previously...
