Services :: Financial Gulf Resources Acquires Bromine Production Plant8:36 AM MST | January 4, 2012 | Vincent Valk A subsidiary of Gulf Resources (Shandong, China) has acquired a bromine production facility from a private individual in China for $10 million, the company says. The plant will add 3,000 tons/year of bromine capacity, bringing Gulf’s total capacity to 44,547 tons/year. It is expected to add about $2.25 million in annual gross profit, Gulf says. The plant is located near Yangkou Village, in Shougang City Yangkou Township, China.
