FMC to sell hydrogen peroxide business to One Equity Partners

FMC says it has agreed to sell its peroxygens, or hydrogen peroxide, business, to private equity firm One Equity Partners (New York) for $200 million. One Equity is the private equity arm of investment bank JP Morgan Chase (New York).  FMC announced that it was planning to sell the peroxygens business, which was formerly a part of the company's industrial chemicals segment, in April.
