Calumet Specialty Products Acquires Lubricants Firm For $335 Million

Calumet Specialty Products (Indianapolis) has acquired lubricants maker Royal Purple (Porter, TX) for $335 million, the company says. Royal Purple makes lubricants aimed at the transportation, industrial and marine sectors.
