Arsenal Capital buys two oilfield chemicals companies

Private equity firm Arsenal Capital (New York) has purchased Kel-Tech (Midland, TX), a maker of chemicals for production, field stimulation, and drilling in the oil and gas sectors, for an undisclosed sum.
