Analyst: BASF to benefit from US shale gas

BASF can benefit greatly from US shale gas, says Jeremy Redenius, senior analyst with Bernstein Research (London). In a research note following meetings last week with Andreas Kreimeyer, BASF research executive and board member/crop protection, coatings, and South America, Redenius says that Bernstein estimates that three specific projects could add €500 million ($680.7 million) in Ebitda by 2019.
