U.S. Chemical Shipment Held at EU Port for Failing to Show Reach Papers

A shipment of chemicals from the U.S. has been temporarily held in a port in the European Union (EU) as EU officials demanded evidence of pre-registration and compliance according to the EU’s Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program, says regulatory services firm BMT Cordah (London).
