Switzerland) says it has signed an agreement to sell its waste treatment and disposal facilities at its Zofingen site to EBM Group, (Münchenstein, Switzerland), a waste processing company. EBM has paid Siegfried SF11.5 million ($12 million) for the acquisition of assets that include waste treatment buildings and equipment. As part of the deal, which becomes effective retroactively on January 1, EBM has become responsible for all matters concerning supply and waste disposal at the Zofingen site. ...
