Obama Revokes Executive Order on Regulatory Reviews

President Obama has revoked a controversial executive order that President Bush had signed in January 2007 that gave broad authority to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and edit agency guidance documents, many of which could have significant policy implications.
