Cefic Raises EU Output Growth Forecast

Cefic has raised its 2007 forecast for growth in chemicals output in the European Union (EU), in volume terms and excluding pharmaceuticals, from 2.2%, to 2.7% (CW, Jan. 3/10, p. 24).
