Services :: Engineering & Construction PetroVietnam Agrees Loan For Fertilizer Project5:47 AM MDT | June 30, 2010 | Natasha Alperowicz Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam; Hanoi) has concluded a $200-million loan agreement with the Vietnam Development Bank (Hanoi) toward construction of the Ca Mau Fertilizer project at Khanh An, U Minh district of Ca Mau province, Vietnam. The project will be designed to produce 800,000 m.t./year of urea and is expected onstream in the second quarter of 2012.
